Thank you for the work you do. Every line that runs, every building that stands, starts with you. On a White Glove contract, Automate America pays you for every approved hour, on the contract's terms. No invoices to chase, and nothing taken from your pay.
So what does that mean for you? On White Glove, you supply your services to Automate America, and we pay you. You're paid the rate you saw when you applied, for your approved hours. No platform fee is ever taken from your pay. And the paperwork is ours: the invoice, the payment, and your 1099.
Before your first offer, set up three things, once. First, your bank account. Add it on your profile, behind your password. Only the last four digits ever show. Second, your W-9. Upload the signed form as a PDF. Outside the US, it's a W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E instead. Third, your certificate of insurance. Upload it in one tap, and we read the details for you. All three are secure files. Only you and our admin team can see them.
Insurance is never a wall. You can always apply first. Upload your certificate now, or before you accept an offer. If none is on file by the contract's start date, an insurance charge comes off that contract's invoices. It comes off your invoices on that contract. You see its rate when you apply, and on every invoice line. Put a qualifying certificate on file, and it stops.
Each week, you submit your timesheet, and an expense report with your receipts. When the customer approves your time, your pay statement is written automatically, at your own rates. It shows your hours, straight time, overtime, double time and travel, and your payment terms. Download it any time from the contract's own record. Thank you for every hour you put in. We're grateful to be the ones who pay you for it.
Here's what happens next. You're paid by direct deposit, on the net terms the customer set for the contract. If you work as an independent professional, your 1099 arrives by January 31. And if you supply people through your company, we pay your company, and you pay your people.
There's no risk in applying, ever. Applying is free. Nothing is committed until the customer clicks Hire, or you click Accept Offer.
Freelancing usually means sending your own invoice, then waiting to be paid. Here, your pay statement writes itself when your time is approved, and one supplier pays you on the contract's terms. On the old site, you wrote your own invoice to us. Now it's written for you, the moment your hours are approved.
Do the work you're great at. We'll handle the rest. This is the future of work. Thank you for your time. Somewhere right now, a customer is posting the contract you were made for. Set up once, and you're ready to be paid from your first approved week. So look after the person next to you out there, and get home tonight. Questions? Text 586-770-8083, or email Info@AutomateAmerica.com for more information. Stay safe. Stay free. Zero friction.
