We are needing an expert PLC programmer that has experience with Allen Bradley, CompactLogix. The professional needs to come in, evaluate the process, wire in 3 alarms and program the PLC & HMI to use the alarms during the process. These alarms will allow the operators to stay busy during the process of the machine, and instead of watching the process to see when they can reload the station, they can continue working and listen for when the alarm goes off, which will tell them when the machine is ready to be reloaded.
SOW
- Troubleshoot and restore failure
- Set counter to run green for 45 seconds
- Set counter to activate siren after 45 seconds and countdown in red
- Stop siren when next cycle is activated
- Password protect cure time settings on 2 HMI's
