PLC Controls Reconstruction — Best Press 250-Ton Powder Metal Press (1990s vintage).

We have a Best Press 250-ton powder metal compaction press. Machine powers on, has hydraulic fluid and power, HMI screen turns on — but the PLC no longer holds the main program, and there's no backup. This isn't a PLC swap; we need someone who can reconstruct the control logic from scratch using existing prints, schematics, manuals, and the physical machine.

Looking for: A controls engineer/integrator with real experience on legacy hydraulic press controls (compaction, forming, or stamping) who's comfortable rebuilding logic without an original source program, and willing to do an on-site assessment before quoting.

We have: Wiring prints, hydraulic schematics, PLC/HMI nameplate photos, and site access in Ashland, OH.

If this is in your wheelhouse, please respond with relevant past project experience.
