Senior Robot Programmer contract in Shelby Township, MI. $48/hr · 3 weeks.
We have a need for 1 Senior Fanuc programmer.
The job is 2 robots picking and placing tape on the part
Fanuc 2D IRVision Pick and Place.
3 lines, 2 robots per line. Cycle time is 3 seconds per robot
Cameras are fixed mounted sending offsets to the robots.
Line 11 - already completed, just needs touch ups..
Line 12 and 13 will need commissioning setup and Auto Debug support. You will be able to pull backups from line 11 and modify.
Scara robots are also involved.
Job starts ASAP - for approximately 2 weeks
We are working when the customer gives us line availability since they are also running production. It will be an intermittent, flexible schedule over the next few weeks.
Job start time is 6:00 a.m. Until 4 p.m.
This cell has tight working quarters which makes it hard to teach.
