Controls Engineer contract in Ridgeville, SC. $80/hr · 7 days.
We are looking for a Controls Engineer for support on a automated laser marker cell on a assembly line. The machine is installed and powered on, we would be looking for controls support for production. We are ideally looking for someone who has been inside Volvo before. While the machine itself is relatively simple, Volvo’s programming standard is incredibly dense and difficult to get acquainted with.
When - 11/18-11/26 (M-F).
Work Schedule - Expected 10hrs/day.
Preference for local but travel expenses possible or highly qualifed candidates.
There is potential for return trips for this machine, but nothing scheduled at this time.
Software required is TIA Portal v17 update 8 – license required.
Equipment and platforms on this work: Siemens.
Tools called for: Basic Electrical Tools, Laptop and Lockout Tagout Kit.
