Address the glue void on ART1. ART1's PLC is hard coded with 2 speeds for glue lines, prep tape line and horseshoe. To meet the glue void creiteria of a single glue line we need to update the code to have a third glue line speed that would dispense enough glue in the end seal to be equivalent to a two-glue line run, while also keeping the current recipe for non-sanitary recipes so we don't waste glue.
