Controls Engineer contract in Bakersfield, California. $120/hr · 3 months.

PLC - Schneider Modicon
SCADA - N3uron – We have this portion covered at this site, but any experience with this would be considered a bonus.
Scope:
Modification to current reactive and active power control
Mobilization to site: the sooner the better
Accommodation covered by Opoura
Estimated to be until September (possibly longer).
Expect 2-week rotation - if the person is able to stay on site longer than 2 weeks - perfect. However, expect we will be rotating the resources.
We estimate 8-10 hours a day (8 hours workday, 1 hour to/from site). Monday-Friday, but Saturdays may occur.
Contractor will be provided with a PC at the site that will provide them with site specific access needed. That said, the contractor is expected to have access to MS Teams - to facilitate meetings/team calls if needed that might not be possible from the end of the customer's PC.

Tools called for: Basic Electrical Tools and Laptop.
