Job Description

Plan is HBPO in Austin, Texas area. Looking for 3-4 days (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) of first shift support. Estimated 10-12 hours of support needed per day.

Machine is Palletized conveyor line with Robotic rivnut installation and screwdriving. 9 Fanuc robots in total, using a Siemens S7 1500 Failsafe PLC. The machine did not have a lot of prove out time before the customer needed to run parts, and now production is ramping up and the customer is complaining of excessive stoppages. Main focus is to keep the line running, with a secondary objective of eliminating issues causing downtime. the client is sending a service technician with some robot experience, we need someone to manage the PLC.

Timesheets and Expense Reports: These must be submitted by 9 AM on Monday mornings. Adherence to this deadline is crucial for maintaining our commitment to clients and for the timely processing of invoices. Please note the following late fee policy:

    • A late submission beyond the deadline will incur a fee.
    • Starting from Tuesday, a $100 late fee will be applied.
    • An additional $50 fee will be charged for each day beyond the initial late period.

Timesheets must be signed by the customer representative before submission.

Expense reports must be signed by the customer representative and include receipts.
