PLC Programmer contract in Manor, TX. $140/hr · 2 weeks.
Plan is HBPO in Austin, Texas area. Looking for 3-4 days (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) of first shift support. Estimated 10-12 hours of support needed per day.
Machine is Palletized conveyor line with Robotic rivnut installation and screwdriving. 9 Fanuc robots in total, using a Siemens S7 1500 Failsafe PLC. The machine did not have a lot of prove out time before the customer needed to run parts, and now production is ramping up and the customer is complaining of excessive stoppages. Main focus is to keep the line running, with a secondary objective of eliminating issues causing downtime. Koops is sending a service technician with some robot experience, we need someone to manage the PLC.
Equipment and platforms on this work: Fanuc and Siemens.
Tools called for: Basic Electrical Tools, Laptop and Lockout Tagout Kit.
