Timesheets are due in AA each Sunday night / early Monday morning for approval and processing. Late entries will result in late payments.

* No more than 40 hours per week may be billed unless prior writen authorization/approval from Automate America Management

Terms of Payment;
Contractor shall turn in weekly timesheets and expense reports each
Sunday evening through the Automate America system for time
sheets and expenses.
Payment terms will be Net 30 and payments
will coincide with Client’s regular weekly payment cycle. Payments
will be made via direct deposit to Contractor’s bank account.


Confidentiality of Payment Arrangements;
Payment terms and arrangements are confidential. Contractor is prohibited
from discussing his or her payment terms and arrangements with other
contractors, Client’s employees, or Client’s customers. Violation of this
stipulation shall result in breach of this Agreement and termination of
services.

Expenses;
Contractor shall be responsible for all expenses incurred while
performing services under this Agreement upfront, the contractor will
turn in a weekly expense report and will be reimbursed for those
approved expenses by Automate America. Approved expenses
include the following:
Travel expenses
Meals and entertainment with clients
Safety equipment

Timesheets must be signed by the customer representative before submission.

Expense reports must be signed by the customer representative and include receipts.
