We are looking for experienced Controls Engineers for our Manufacturing plant in Highland Park MI. 1 month contract with potential to extend.
*** Must be willing to work A shift (Mon-Thurs 5am to 5pm), B shift (Wed-Sat 5pm to 5am), or C Shift (Mon-Tue 5pm to 5am & Fri-Sat 5am to 5pm) ***
***Expenses for qualified candidates out of the local area (50 miles + from facility). No expenses for Local to site candidates.***
Responsiblities and experience needed;
Troubleshoot PLC issues (Siemens preferred)
Troubleshoot and setup devices (VFDs, servo motors, motor drives, sensors)
Read electrical drawings
Setup Communication Networks and devices (Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus)
Documenting processes and maintaining service records
Automotive experience
Torque tools, Riveting
Safety devices
Plus Competencies:
JIT experience (plus)
Shifts Flexibility (plus)
Robot touch up (not starting from scratch) for Fanuc, ABB, or Kuka (plus)
Equipment and platforms on this work: Siemens.
