We are seeking a Controls Engineer with controls design, programming and troubleshooting. Experience in material handling, automation, machine design and complex data collection. Sample duties and responsibilities for this project :
Design and develop control panels and manufacturing equipment
Design electrical and control wiring schematics
Design control logic and systems
PLC programming with a strong knowledge of ladder logic
HMI design and programming
Establish and support updates of controls standards
Perform debug and buyoff of controls functions and systems
Experience/ Requirements:
7-10 Years of experience
Material handling, automation, machine design or complex data collection experience
PLC programming and development: Siemens a plus
Schematic and hardware design
Preferred Experience:*
RS Logix 5, RS Logix 500, RS Logix 5000, RSView, Panelbuilder
Robotics Fanuc
AutoCAD
Ethernet IP
