Most platforms hand you a help-center article and wish you luck. Automate America ships with people. You get an assigned account manager whose contact lives right in your profile. There's live Chat with Admin on almost every page — a two-way line to a real person on our team. Report a Bug sits at the very top of the menu. And you can always email info@automateamerica.com or text 586-770-8083. We read every message.
An account manager who knows your account
Contracts, timesheets, invoices, applicants, what-do-I-do-next — your account manager is the shortcut. Their contact information lives in your profile, so help is never more than one tap from wherever you're working.
Chat with Admin, everywhere
Open the menu on almost any page and Chat with Admin is right there: ask a question, flag something odd, share an idea, or just say hello. It's a conversation with our team, not a ticket into the void.
Report a Bug — top of the menu, on purpose
We put Report a Bug at the very top of the menu because we mean it: tell us what you saw, attach a screenshot if you like, and it goes straight to the people building the platform — with the page you were on and your browser details included automatically. Nothing is too small to report.
The old-fashioned ways still work
Email info@automateamerica.com. Text or call 586-770-8083. A person answers, because in this industry a stuck timesheet or a contract question can't wait three business days.
Why we built it this way
Work in the field runs on trust and speed. When real money and real schedules are on the line, software alone isn't support — people are. That's the standard the whole platform is built to: sign in and you'll never work alone here.
