What a team has done together: its members, the contracts they completed and the hours they worked.

How badges are earned

• Every badge has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
• Professional and customer badges are checked every hour, and again when a contract completes.
• Company and business group badges are worked out from their activity each time the profile is opened.
• Earnings and Spend badges show the level reached, never the amount.
