2 openings — Robot Programmer contract in Lawrenceville, Georgia. $67.5/hr · 4 months.

We are looking for 2-3 experienced Fanuc Robot Programmers for initial off-line program development based on our simulation and seq of operations, power on test and debug at our facility in Lawrenceville, GA, and install support at end user in Sparks NV.

A. Initial offline robot programming for each of the 3 cells.

B. Commissioning of the robot program for each of the 3 cells.

C. 2 weeks of install support at Tesla.

• All Robots are Fanuc 6 axis.

• We must use the Tesla standard for Robot control and communications.

• The robots will work as a slave to the PLC.

• All of the IO at the Robot will be controlled by the PLC. That means all of the grippers will be controlled by the PLC.

• There are three cells that contain 5 Robots total.

• 1 Robot - Jet Ring and Gasket station

• 2 Robots – Oils Screen and Oil Pump station

• 2 Robots – HV Cover station

• Installation of the first three cells at end user is required to be done in 2 weeks

• Duplicate cells will be installed 8 weeks later.

• All of the robot have a mastering pin/pins to line up the Robot Grippers.

• For robot grippers that have force / distance monitoring

• There is an offline load cell for force verification.

• There is also a target that the distance sensor can see to verify that the distance readings are within tolerance

Tools called for: Basic Electrical Tools, Basic Hand Tools, Computer and Lockout Tagout Kit.
