We are in need of 2 Sr Controls Engineers to help support final commissioning, debug, cycle time improvement and complete a hit list of items of a new Mold line (agricultural wheels) with 3 fanuc robots, 2 Allen Bradley PLC’s, 2 Allen Bradley HMI’s.at our customer site in KS.
AB Servo/VDF lift and conveyers
Keyence floor scanners and light curtains
System is capable of running in auto cycle. We need support to complete a check list of items and also improve cycle times.
7.8.24 or latest 7.15.24 start, and completion (hard date) of 8.30.24
Emporia KS
40-50 hrs/week actual working time. Not anticipating much weekend work if at all.
No travel back and forth on weekends approved. Must be available 6am Monday mornings thru end of day Fridays (if no weekend work is scheduled) .

Equipment and platforms on this work: Allen Bradley / Rockwell, Fanuc and Keyence.
Tools called for: Basic Electrical Tools, Basic Hand Tools, Laptop and Lockout Tagout Kit.
