Job Description

Experienced Controls Engineer needed for approx 1 month contract with potential to extend.

Approx 50-60 Hours per week. Scheduled for day shift, but must be flexible and willing to work off shifts/overtime when needed.

2D and 3D vision systems, CVX Series, IV SeriesRequiredExperience with Keyence vision systems / vision sensors / barcode readers, integration, troubleshooting. Mainly Keyence but other systems as well. CVX Series and IV Series Experience preferred.
Insight, IQCRequiredSolid experience with Signalysis and a strong understanding of how functional testing with accelerometers and thier analysis work.
TIA PortalGood-to-haveBroad knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens), ladder logic and structured text language.Programming of HMI panels (Siemens).
Basic Hand ToolsLockout Tagout KitBasic Electrical Tools

Timesheets due in Automate America system each Sunday night or early Monday morning for approval and processing. Late submissions will result in late payments.

Timesheets must be signed by the customer representative before submission.

Expense reports must be signed by the customer representative and include receipts.
