Need experienced ABB / IRC5 programmers to help with the installation and start up of the addition of 60 robots to an exisitng line for the addtion of new models. Mastering the new robots, downloading new programs, teaching paths.
Cleanup of existing line: improved cycle times, debugging, efficiencies, etc. Spot weld, Sealer application, MH, stud weld and henrob rivet guns. There are about 60 robots in the exisitng system, and we are adding 60 more.
Equipment and platforms on this work: ABB and Henrob.
Tools called for: Basic Electrical Tools, Basic Hand Tools and Lockout Tagout Kit.
