Job Description

Need experienced ABB / IRC5 programmrs to help with the installation and start up of the addition of 60 robots to an exisitng line for the addtion of nwe models. Cleanup of existing line: improved cycle times, debugging, efficiencies, etc. Spot weld, Sealer application, MH, 1 stud weld and henrob rivet guns. There are about 60 robots in the exisitng system, RH and LH front rail with a cycle time of around 1min 30sec, and we are adding 60 more.

times must be inputed into Automate America by 7am monday mornings. Late submissions will result in late payments. Must include a short but detailed work report for each day under the hours reported. Timesheets must be signed by the customer representative before submission. Expense reports must be signed by the customer representative and include receipts.
