Experienced Kuka KRC4 Weld Technician needed to help with new product line trouble shooting, downtime reduction, process inprovements, and cycle time efficiencies.
* Need to be Efficient in KUKA KRC4 (with Mig welding)
* Good experience and knowledge in Mig processes
* Mechanical/electrical skills (tool diagnostic/sensor adjustment /replacement / tool support adjustment)
* Knowledge on Kuka PM (Mastering/tip change/conduit change/gun change / cleaning station adjustment)
* Autonomous
* Familiarized with HMI
* Troubleshooting proficient
4-6 week contract which if successful could lead to an extended contract. Approx 50-60 Hours per week. Must be willing to work off shifts 2nd shift (2-10:30pm) or 3rd shift (10:00pm to 6:30am)
