Job Description

We need a Controls Engineer experienced with Beckoff TwinCAT software for help programming and commissioning 3 new robot cells. These are tending and material handling cells removing parts from curing ovens and placing them in soldering stations, inspection and test stations and on conveyors into cooling tunnels and other stations.

TwinCAT 3RequiredSome writing of code from scratch and also debug and troubleshooting. The Beckoff IPC will interface with a Omron PLC and handshake with the Kuka robots. No Kuka programming experience needed but general robot knowledge is a plus. TwinCAT software license is provided.
NXGood-to-haveThe Beckoff IPC will interface with the Omron PLC. Some knowledge of Omron is a plus.

Travel related expenses only for candidates outside 50 miles of plant location.

Mileage for personal vehicle use outside the 50 mile radius but within driving distance only.

Timesheet due in AA system each Sunday night / Early Monday morning for approval and processing.

Timesheets must be signed by the customer representative before submission.

Expense reports must be signed by the customer representative and include receipts.
