Timesheet due in AA system each Sunday night / Early Monday morning for approval and processing. Mileage for personal vehicle use only. Gas reimbursement for rental car only. Timesheets must be signed by the customer representative before submission. Expense reports must be signed by the customer representative and include receipts.
