PLC Programmer contract in Tuscaloosa, AL. $76/hr · 9 days.
We are in need of a strong Siemens S7 programmer with Polyurethane Processing Equipment experience to help make some changes to our current process. Here is the general scope of work:
Right now the program looks at temp on both tanks (ISO/Poly) Based on a set temp range for either tank; the system then turns on high pressure of the foam system.
We need to change to look at the temps of the ISO hose and the Poly hose coming into the mix head on the robot. In the HMI we will need to have access to set a high/low range for each component.
This will take away the distance from the tanks to the head, and allows us to kick into high psi sooner.
We are looking at 1 day travel and 2-3 days in plant.
Estimated not to exceed
ST = 24 hrs
OT = 12 hrs
TT = 8 hrs
Per Diem = 5 days
Hotel = 4 nights Rental
Car rental = 5 days (if needed)
Airfare = 1 round trip (if needed)
