Robot Programmer contract in Warren, Michigan. $52/hr · 5 weeks.
We are in need of a skilled Fanuc robot programmer for work at our facility starting immediately.
This is a Ford FRAP Robot load/unload for existing Decklid and Hood cells.
On each of the existing cells 2 operator stations are to be replaced with and automatic rack unload robot complete with vision and an automatic load to racks for the completed parts. 2 robots per cell 4 off in total.
OLP’s will be provided but there is expected to be significant work to do on the programs.
The 4 sub cells that will eventually be integrated at Ford site will be built up in Madison heights and commissioned, starting on 5/28/2019. On 6/25/2019 the cells will be dismantled and shipped to ford and should be powered back on 7/3/2019 ready for production 7/9/2019 then 2 weeks support.
