Controls Engineer contract in Troy, MI. 6 days.

We are in need of off line programming support for a customer in Hayward CA.

This work is across multiple manual stations assembling a center console. Here are the tasks we've been assigned:

1 Add Datalogic PM9500 Wireless scanner to center console station 3.75 Nest 1

2 Add additional Dukane generator/PLC sequencing to cup holder station

3 Enable stations to go wireless/ IP # change

4 Add continuity test logic update to station 8 on both center console line

5 Add logic to attached kitted components to center console serial number in MES

The processors are AB 1769-L32E with v20.01. We'll have one controls engineer on site but the SOW would be to support our controls engineer to complete these assignments. All of these stations are in production so most of this programming will take place offline and be implemented during scheduled downtime. We will provide both PLC and HMI programs upfront.
