MSA and SSA Documents
Contract Documentation
On a White Glove contract two agreements apply, and each party accepts its own.
SSA - Supplier Services Agreement (yours)
What It Is
The SSA is your agreement with Automate America as a supplier. It covers how you are engaged, how you are paid (on the net terms set for each contract), insurance, confidentiality and dispute resolution. Each White Glove contract adds a Schedule 1 with that contract's own details.
When You Accept It
- When you accept a White Glove offer
- The full agreement is shown before you accept
- If a newer version has been published, you see it the next time you accept an offer
Key Information in Your Contract
- The rate on the contract
- Per diem and travel (if applicable)
- Overtime, as the customer entered it
- Expense reimbursement, under the Expense Reimbursement Policy
- Customer-specific requirements
MSA - Master Service Agreement (the customer's)
The MSA is the customer's agreement with Automate America. The customer accepts it when they hire. You do not sign it.
Standard Contracts
On a Standard contract, the agreement is between you and the customer. Automate America is not a party, and the customer pays you directly.
Document Access
Find accepted documents at:
Dashboard > Contracts > [Select Contract] > Documents
Both agreements are published in full at /legal/supplier-agreement and /legal/msa.
Important Notes
- Keep copies - Download PDFs for your records
- Read everything - Understand before accepting
- Ask questions - Contact support if unclear
- Don't start before accepting - Accept the offer, and with it the SSA, before your start date
