Thank you to every company that hires, builds and supplies the people our industry runs on. Every company on the network, in one long scroll, with its track record in plain sight.

So what does that mean for you? Maintenance and engineering managers, you get to know a partner company before you ever pick up the phone. Integrators, service companies, manufacturers and machine shops, the customers who need you can find you. And professionals, you see who you'd be working for, and the work they have open.

This is the Companies page: one long scroll, every company shown in full. Boosted companies come first, marked Boosted. Sign in, and the order is shaped around you. Search by a company's name, its city or its industry, right at the top. Each company type has its own page, like System Integrators or Tier 1 Automation Suppliers. A company is listed there when it chooses that type on its own profile.

Every listing leads with the company's logo and its industry. Then its size and the year it was founded, when it has added them. Then where it is, how many people watch it, and when it was last active. Its track record comes next, from work posted under its own name. The contracts it has posted, the professionals it has hired, and the hours it has approved. And its achievement badges, and its rating from the professionals who worked there.

Every listing shows four checks. A W-9 on file, a current insurance certificate, a confirmed address, and a contract completed here. You see how many are done, at a glance. Then what the company has added about itself: its capabilities, the industries it serves, its certifications, its equipment, and its hiring terms.

On the right, any work it has open under its own name, with the rate. Its photos and videos, its story, and why people like working with it. The people at the company, by first name. And when its professionals are marked available, they're ringed in green. Then its products and services, and a professional's review.

Here's what happens next. Click Post Work, and post what you need, free. Or Connect with the company's lead contact, named right on the button. Once you're connected, you can message them, and you see their full name, email and phone. Watch any company to keep it close, or share it with your team.

Found someone at the company you'd like to work with? Request them by name, from their profile. A standard request connects you with them, and you're charged $10 only if they respond, whether they accept or decline. Or choose White Glove, and we run the whole thing. We handle the 1099s. We pay the professional. We invoice you, as a traditional B2B transaction. We become your supplier of record, for thousands of professionals and service companies. When you request someone with White Glove, you see the price before you send it. For White Glove contracts, you pay what you choose, no more. No hidden fees, no memberships, no subscriptions. We take a small percentage of the rate you post, before we show it to the community. That makes White Glove a great free option for both sides.

There's no risk in requesting or applying, ever. Nothing is committed until the customer clicks Hire, or the professional clicks Accept Offer.

Business owners, Add Your Company is right at the top of the page. Fill in your company details, and your account can post work. Then, under Company types, pick every type your company is. Choose as many as fit. It's free, and your company gets its own page that search engines can find. Thank you for every detail you add. Each one helps the right people find you.

Choosing a partner company usually starts with a trade show, a directory and a few phone calls. On the old site, companies sat in a separate list called Find Customers: a logo, a name and a city. Now every company shows its track record, its checks, its people and its open work, on one page.

One network for the companies that need people, and the companies that supply them. This is the future of work.

Thank you for your time, and for building this network with us. Somewhere right now, a plant manager is looking for exactly the company you run. Now they can see your whole story. So look after your crew out there, and get everyone home tonight. Questions? Text 586-770-8083, or email Info@AutomateAmerica.com for more information. Stay safe. Stay free. Zero friction.
