Project management conception and implementation of project for process improvement of outdated and poorly maintained lines. Managed controls technicians and robot technicians to make improvements to programming to increase efficiency and reduce cycle time. Created schedules for further improvements to robotic and other equipment to bring the lines up to date with preventative maintenance schedules and set further future maintenance schedules for the equipment to help prevent it from falling back into disrepair. Provided maintenance and technical support for FANUC, Allen Bradley and Siemens in spot welding processes. Trained customer maintenance apprenticeship employees to customer standards to effectively work as a team to repair the equipment in the various lines.
