General automation cell troubleshooting and repair. Customer has various automation cells causing issues. Cells were built in 2017 and proper maintenance has not been done. Cell builders include JR Automation, McAlister Design and others. Issues range from simple mechanical alignments, fixture adjustments and sensor failures to electrical controls issues or programming adjustments. Robots range from Cartesian Krauss Maffei and Engel up to 6 axis Kuka. Controls are mostly Siemens, some Allen Bradley mixed in on external additions like auto labelers and bowl feeders as the cells progressed. Customer does not have all documentation and some of the machines have been modified multiple times without documentation. Technician will seek to diagnose, troubleshoot and correct as many issues as possible, along with supporting ongoing upgrades and updates.
