Stand-alone competent robot programmer with a focus in KUKA. Experience working on most large-scale integration project phases.

Variety of Automation related assignments, including electrical, mechanical, robotics, and controls. Majority of work to this point has been with robotic integration on BMW standards. Projects Include: Mercedes Bemz, Alabama Support staff and project management team with ABB robotic support for DVD mat cell.  Navigate through human machine interface to predict time of arrival for 167 models.  Utilize KRC52 to acknowledge faults.  Clear pressure faults on glue system after ensuring glue paths were correctly applicate.  Install or reject DVD mat cell depending on glue path glue path pattern placed on mat Gestamp-FFT BMW G05 Door line/Volvo: Touch up points and paths within programs after changes are made by design team.  Updated drawing package using E-plan, changing Y distributors  Updated labeling for EFS  Assisted with assigning ports and IP address to robots  Assisted project management team with special assignments in electrical and automation commissioning.  Program new paths for scriber used to imprint significant indicator on automotive parts.  Support staff in building, assembly, plc and robot issues during part build cycles.

Assisted with project managers to ensure standards and customer expectations were carried out. Effectively used Bosch Rexroth software to determine and reset faults. Utilized KUKA teach pendant to touch up, teach new points and set collision detections true. Assisted weld tech with minimizing expulsions points.
