Tesla Fremont Plant - Model S to Model X Integration Start Date - 18 Dec 2020 End Date - 31 Jan 2021 Duties and Responsibilities • Analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems. • Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles, using hand tools and measuring instruments. • Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment. • Collaborate with electrical engineers and other personnel to identify, define, and solve developmental problems. • Modify electrical prototypes, parts, assemblies, and systems to correct functional deviations. • Plan method and sequence of operations for developing and testing experimental electronic and electrical equipment. • Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate performance of developmental parts, assemblies, or systems under simulated operating conditions, and record results. • Conduct inspections for quality control and assurance programs, reporting findings and recommendations. • Draw or modify diagrams and write engineering specifications to clarify design details and functional criteria of experimental electronics units. • Evaluate engineering proposals, shop drawings and design comments for sound electrical engineering practice and conformance with established safety and design criteria, and recommend approval or disapproval. • Install and maintain electrical control systems and solid state equipment. • Perform supervisory duties such as recommending work assignments, approving leaves and completing performance evaluations. • Plan, schedule and monitor work of support personnel to assist supervisor. • Prepare project cost and work-time estimates. • Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after construction. • Review existing electrical engineering criteria to identify necessary revisions, deletions or amendments to outdated material. • Prepare contracts and initiate, review and coordinate modifications to contract specifications and plans throughout the construction process.

Installation commisioning, and then production support for their Fanuc robot Mig welding systems.

FANUC Production support troubleshooting. Maintain full optimization and production while undermanned. Locate any possible improvements and implement them. Program edits as necessary. On a Metal Forge Cell. Rescued robots from various crash states while managing to salvage product. Reconfigured the wire layout on robot to avoid damages. Made alterations to routines to place cycle time above BMW's expectations.

Stamping Plant in Union South Carolina doing cycletime improvement to an existing hood assembly line. Kuka KRC5 Robots. Kuka 7th Axis operation. Assembly station - wipe station - oven curing - inspection - packout into part racks at the end of line.

ABB Robot programmer for Path additions and modifications for an existing Laser cutting process. Had to create a new project for a new laser cut with an existing known path.

Used teach pendant to program paths on multiple car lines Worked with various models of FANUC robots. Went through slow build with quality team in different sections of the body shop to meet NISSAN standards. Installed and Debugged OLP's. Taught from scratch when OLP's weren't sufficient.
