- Perform product quality audits to assure compliance with customer, drawing, internal, and regulatory requirements Perform system audits in support of the Quality Management System. Coordinate close out of audit findings. Coordinate needed actions to support continued ISO/AS9100 certification. Provides liaison activities with customers, suppliers, and Integrated Product Team members on all quality-related activities. Perform root-cause, containment, proper corrective and preventive actions on nonconformances, customer returns, and /or Production quality escapes. Review, identify, implement and maintain Customer Quality flow down requirements. Perform review of bid and proposal quality clauses and provide compliance matrix. Perform review of customer quality clauses, quality documents and provide compliance matrix. Support Operations to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system. Review trend analyses related to field returns, manufacturing rejects, supplier history, etc. Perform design review activities including inspections and conformance to customer requirements. Analyze product and process failures to ensure effective root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions for internal and external customers. Develop and manage data and metrics using Data Visualization tools and advanced excel. MRB/ECN Board representation and duties. Responsible for participating in continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, etc.,. Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.

- Performs a variety of assignments which impact the design, manufacturing,test, calibration, efficiency, quality and application of the company's products. Supports production assembly lines and external customers. Analyzes production limitations and problems. Reviews and organizes statistical data on quality of production by line, shift, and department to produce recommendations. Reviews and implements specification revisions. Formulates or assists in formulating quality standards, policies, programs, plans, procedures and practices. Continuously reviews the economics of the quality program and makes recommendations for improvement. Performs such individual assignments as supervisors and superiors may direct. Ensures adequate and continuous control procedures are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality. Establishes and maintains effective work relationships with internal and external customers who broadly include suppliers and stakeholders. Maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities. Communicates with customers and helps ensure customer satisfaction. Addresses internal and external quality concerns and assists in closure of concerns. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

Design, develop, modify, implement and perform evaluation of electrical test and error proofing systems for manufacturing. Responsible for all aspects of a given project. Participates in a development team under the instruction and direction of a more senior engineer. Assist in the design, development, modification, and evaluation of software components and systems. Performs moderate to complex tasks to conduct detailed high level defect investigations to root cause, and works with responsible areas to develop and implement corrective actions. Participates and conducts in-depth root cause analysis for completed assemblies to component level. Support for supplier audits. Coordinates, prepares, reviews for accuracy detailed root cause analysis reports. Utilizes microscopes, oscilloscopes, analyzers, power supplies, RF generators, and test vehicles to conduct defect investigations to find concise analysis summary, defect pictures, unit history search, charts, graphs, tables, electrical measurements, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA's), and defective component report. Provides analysis support and works with other departments including hardware engineering, software engineering, systems engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing etc. to determine root cause. Proficient in PPAP, ISO9001:2015 audit, IATF16949:2016 audit, RCA, SCR, CA, PCR, FMEA, PFEMA, 8D, Control Plan, MSA, RMA, Agile, PPAP approval, AEC-Q validation, IMDS, Supplier score card metrics management, Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) performance reviews, Engineering Change Order (ECO) revision-approval, Part Change Notification (PCN) validationapproval process.

- Improve quality of products, Create BOM, Create Manufacturing Work Orders, Create specification of parts, Review AutoCad schematics, Verify & Sign off all documents & finished products, Determine proper delivery option, Design, Build, Test & Assist production team with assembly of products, Testing and monitoring machinery to make sure it is in good working order and can operate safely, Installing new equipment to improve a company's manufacturing processes, Designing new equipment or operational procedures, Troubleshooting machines to resolve breakdowns or faults, Gathering data and compiling reports to assess the effectiveness of manufacturing procedures, Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers to ensure quality standards for machinery and products are being met
