Interact with customers (e.g., analysts, data stewards, data managers, physicians, care managers, leaders, end-users, etc.) to assess project requirements and data literacy needs. Collaborate with technical teams to define and analyze solutions for addressing customer needs. Document technical specifications to capture requirements, processes, and proposed solutions. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across departments to ensure consistent and successful information delivery.

Discuss project scopes, objectives and deadlines with customers and managers. Collaborative with Process Engineers, Controls Engineers and Manufacturing to ensure projects are on schedule and objectives are being met. Strategize with fellow Software Engineers on how to best accomplish tasks and solve problems that arise during programming and debugging of automated systems. Setup, test, debug and integrate iRvision data and offsets into programs. Write, test and debug programs that utilize various types of data and inputs to make decisions based on conditions and PLC data. Test and debug programs and work with customers to ensure automation systems meet their requirements and expectations. Travel to customer sites to oversee installation and operation as well as troubleshoot and fix any issues that arise after system operations begin.

Interfaced with fellow colleagues to design and code immersive, interactive web pages, including a fully functional prototype for a virtual trade show event. Collaborated with Sales and Technical teams to rethink and redesign FANUC America's entire corporate and product presentation library. Researched, presented, planned, organized, implemented and launched a new company-wide CMS for all of FANUC's digital assets and technical documentation. Managed all of FANUC's digital assets by organizing, categorizing and tagging assets, while utilizing usage data provided by Content Management Systems. Created icons, graphics and imagery for corporate presentations, web pages and various printed and digital media. Lead various video projects from concept and story boarding to production, post-production and feedback stages to deliver finished videos. Introduced the FANUC Marketing department to SEO practices and Google Analytics for usage data, tracking and search engine ranking.
