Mechanical engineer with experience in designing custom automation machines from initial quotation, concept designs, assembly through troubleshooting, commissioning and testing. Developed machines for customers in automotive, medical, electronics and consumer goods suiting their unique requirements. Experience working on machine controls programming with multiple FANUC robots, HMI and Rockwell PLC programming involving managing interfering work zones for robots, robot vision, conveyors, digital and analog sensors etc.
I look forward to apply my ability to leverage mechanical design knowledge and controls programming experience to make a complete custom automation machine while meeting the process efficiencies, cycle time and quality requirements.
