Spec and Pruchase switchgear from Powerhouse to factory floor
Supervise installation of technical equipment and startup to complete production level
Improve flow and method of operation of complicated equipment and factory floor.
Determine PLC Requirements i.e. Processor capacity, I/O quantity, speed and comms architecture. Program to Sequence Of Operation requirements. Assure system meets Cycle Time and Accuracy requirements. Process Controls, Motion and Material Handling applications.
Provide Root Cause analysis and solutions for ALL factory floor issues. This includes mechanical, electrical,electronic, programming, process, engineering design, training and manpower solutions.
Determine requirements applicable to project, determine budget and communicate budget requirments to client, invested parties, owners etc... Select team staff members, intergrators etc... Monitor and report progress, determine solutions for issues that may impede project completion date. Verify project meets requirements on startup and buyoff by interested parties. Create project closing docs and provide final outcome report to client.
