1. BOOST SERVICE OVERVIEW
1.1 What is Boost?
Automate America offers a "Boost" promotion service that increases the visibility of your:
- Professional profiles
- Contract listings
- Job postings
Boosted content receives priority placement in search results, the main feed, and recommendation algorithms.
1.2 Eligibility
To use Boost services, you must:
- Have an active Automate America account
- Have a complete profile (for professional boosts)
- Be in good standing with our platform policies
- Have valid payment method on file
2. BOOST PACKAGES AND PRICING
2.1 Basic Boost - $10/week
- 2x visibility multiplier
- Standard placement priority
- Basic analytics dashboard
2.2 Featured Boost - $25/week
- 2.5x visibility multiplier
- Featured badge display
- Priority in recommendations
- Enhanced analytics dashboard
2.3 Premium Boost - $50/week
- 3x visibility multiplier
- Premium badge with animation
- Top placement in all searches
- Featured in weekly email digest
- Full analytics suite
- Priority customer support
2.4 Discounts
- Monthly commitment: 10% off weekly rate
- Quarterly commitment: 15% off weekly rate
- Annual commitment: 20% off weekly rate
All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.
3. BILLING AND PAYMENTS
3.1 Payment Timing
Boosts are billed at the start of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or quarterly).
3.2 Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- ACH bank transfer
- Account balance (if available)
3.3 Currency
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
3.4 Taxes
Sales tax or VAT may apply based on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
3.5 Invoices
Invoices are available in your dashboard immediately after payment processing.
3.6 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We will attempt to process the payment again within 24 hours
- Your boost will remain active for up to 3 days while we retry
- After 3 failed attempts, the boost will be suspended
- You may update your payment method at any time
4. REFUND POLICY
4.1 Full Refund (First 24 Hours)
You may request a full refund within the first 24 hours of purchase if no impressions have been delivered.
4.2 Prorated Refund
After 24 hours, if you cancel your boost:
- You will receive a prorated refund for unused days
- Minimum charge: $2.00 processing fee
- Refund calculated based on remaining days in billing period
4.3 No Refund Situations
Refunds are NOT available if:
- Your content was removed for policy violation
- Your account was suspended for Terms of Service violation
- The boost period has fully completed
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
4.4 Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
4.5 How to Request
Contact support@automateamerica.com with your boost order ID to request a refund.
5. BOOSTED CONTENT GUIDELINES
5.1 General Requirements
All boosted content must comply with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Additionally, boosted content must be:
- Accurate and up-to-date
- Relevant to the category (professional profile, contract, or job)
- Free of misleading information
- Professional in presentation
5.2 Profile Requirements
Boosted professional profiles must have:
- Appropriate and professional photo
- Accurate work history
- Valid skills and certifications
- Current availability status
5.3 Contract/Job Requirements
Boosted contracts and jobs must have:
- Accurate rate/salary information
- Real project or position description
- Valid location information
- Truthful requirements and qualifications
5.4 Prohibited Content
The following may NOT be boosted:
- Content that violates our Terms of Service
- Misleading or fraudulent listings
- Content promoting illegal activities
- Spam or duplicate listings
- Content with excessive promotional language
5.5 Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Remove boosts from non-compliant content without refund
- Deny boost purchases for accounts with policy violations
- Suspend boost privileges for repeat offenders
- Request content modifications before approving boosts
6. PERFORMANCE AND EXPECTATIONS
6.1 What We Provide
With your boost, you receive:
- Increased visibility as described for your tier
- Access to analytics dashboard showing impressions, clicks, and engagement
- Featured placement as specified for your package
6.2 What We Do NOT Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
- Specific number of views, clicks, or impressions
- Applications, messages, or contracts resulting from your boost
- Exact search ranking positions (varies based on competition and algorithm)
- Response rate from other users
6.3 Factors Affecting Results
Boost performance depends on:
- Quality and completeness of your content
- Current market conditions and competition
- User activity and platform traffic
- Relevance of your skills/listing to searchers
6.4 Analytics Accuracy
Analytics are provided on a best-effort basis. Minor discrepancies between reported and actual metrics may occur due to bot filtering, caching, and data processing delays.
7. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
7.1 Changes to Packages
We may modify boost packages, pricing, or features with 30 days advance notice to your registered email address.
7.2 Active Boosts
Active boosts at the time of any pricing change will complete at their original purchased terms.
7.3 Price Increases
Price increases apply only to new purchases and renewals after the effective date.
7.4 Feature Changes
We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion. Significant feature removals will include notification and, where appropriate, offer alternatives.
7.5 Service Discontinuation
If we discontinue the Boost service entirely:
- Active boosts will be honored or refunded
- 60 days advance notice will be provided
- Prorated refunds issued for remaining time
8. TERMINATION
8.1 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your boost at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.
8.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may terminate your boost immediately if:
- Your content violates our Terms of Service
- Your account is suspended or terminated
- We detect fraudulent activity
- You violate these Boost Terms
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- By you: Refund per Section 4
- By us for policy violation: No refund
- By us for service discontinuation: Prorated refund
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Boost Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina.
By using the Boost service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Greenville County, South Carolina for any legal proceedings related to these terms.

Acknowledgment
By purchasing a Boost, you acknowledge that you have:
- Read and understood these Boost Terms of Service
- Authority to bind your account to these terms
- A valid payment method for recurring charges
- Content that complies with all guidelines
- Agreed that results are not guaranteed
