1. OUR COMMITMENT TO ACCESSIBILITY

Automate America, Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to provide equal access to all users of the FEED professional marketplace.

We believe that every person deserves equal access to professional opportunities across every industry, and our platform is designed to support that mission.

2. CONFORMANCE STATUS

2.2 Current Status
The FEED platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We conduct regular self-assessments using automated tools and manual testing to maintain and continuously improve our compliance level. Areas where we are working toward full conformance are noted in the Known Limitations section below.

2.3 ADA Compliance
The FEED platform is designed and developed in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III requirements for public accommodations operating websites and digital services.

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

5. KNOWN LIMITATIONS

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of the FEED platform, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions:

  • Third-Party Embedded Content: Social media feeds and external job boards may have accessibility limitations outside of our direct control. We work with partners to improve accessibility where possible.
  • PDF Documents: PDF documents uploaded by users may not be fully accessible. We provide text alternatives where possible and encourage users to upload accessible documents.
  • Interactive Charts: Some interactive data visualizations require text alternatives for screen readers, which we provide via hidden data tables.
  • Legacy Content: Older content is being progressively updated to meet current accessibility standards.
  • User-Generated Content: Content uploaded by users (profiles, job descriptions) may not meet accessibility standards. We provide guidelines to encourage accessible content creation.

Please contact us if you observe an accessibility issue not listed above.
