Thank you for trusting us with your profile. Here's exactly who sees what on Automate America, so you never have to wonder.

So what does that mean for you? The parts of your profile that win you work are public. Your contact details and your documents are not. And every field has an info button that tells you who sees it, and when.

Everyone sees your first name, your photo, your About me, your occupations and skills, and your rates, exactly as you enter them. Your city and state are public too. Search engines and AI assistants see the same, so customers can find you.

Your last name is never public. Your connections see it, and so does a customer who shortlists you or hires you. Your email, phone and street address go only to your connections, and to a customer who shortlists you.

Your background check, drug test and photo ID show only as on file, with the date your drug test was taken. A customer who shortlists you can open the ones you upload here, for as long as you stay shortlisted. Each time they open your photo ID, it's recorded.

Your references show their first names, companies and positions, and never their last names. On a Direct Job, the employer who shortlists you also sees their phone numbers and email addresses. You're told before you apply.

Your bank details, tax forms and resume are seen only by you and Automate America's team. And in Settings, Show Location is yours: switch it off, and your city and state leave every public page.

There's no risk in being shortlisted, or in applying, ever. Nothing is committed until the customer clicks Hire, or the professional clicks Accept Offer.

On the old site, any signed-in member who wasn't a customer could see your references' phone numbers and emails. Here, they stay private, unless an employer shortlists you for a Direct Job.
