Thank you for posting your work here. Now you can ask your AI assistant who fits it, and invite them to apply, in one sentence. Free.
So what does that mean for you? You don't wait for the right person to find your posting. You ask who fits, and you invite them.
Say: who fits my Controls Engineer contract? It lists the best matches for that posting, by first name, with their occupation and their state.
Then say: invite Zeta to apply. It shows you the invitation first, and sends it only when you say yes.
Inviting is free. And the professional sees it on their dashboard, under Invited to Apply, with a badge on your posting.
Invite someone twice, and it tells you they're already invited. Invite them to a draft, and the invitation waits until you post it.
They apply on the site, at the rate you posted. No bidding, and no negotiating.
Then review your applicants, and set up an interview the same way: one sentence to your assistant.
An invitation commits nobody. There's no risk, ever. Nothing is committed until the customer clicks Hire, or the professional clicks Accept Offer. Thank you for trusting us with your hiring.
Post on a job board, and you hope the right person scrolls past. With a staffing company, you call and wait. Here, your assistant finds who fits, and invites them, free.
This is the future of work. Thank you for your time, and for building this network with us. Questions? Text 586-770-8083, or email Info@AutomateAmerica.com for more information. Stay safe. Stay free. Zero friction.
