So what does that mean for you? An offer comes in while you're on a job site. Ask your assistant what it says, and answer it in one sentence. And if you hire, your assistant reads you your applicants, and moves them along.

Ask: what offers do I have? It lists them, with your own pay rate. Say: accept the offer for the Controls Engineer contract. It shows you the offer first, and accepts it only when you say yes.

Your assistant never signs anything for you. If an agreement still needs your signature, it sends you the link, and nothing is accepted. A request sent straight to you, you answer on the site yourself.

If you hire, ask: who applied to my contract? It reads you each applicant by first name. Say: send Zeta an offer. The offer is at the rate you posted, and your assistant can never change it. On a White Glove contract, you sign that contract's agreement yourself, before the first offer goes out.

It can also reject, undo, or take an offer back, and each one is shown to you first. Every step it takes is listed in Settings, Connected agents, under What it did.

Here's what happens next. Connect your assistant once, and tick what it may do for you. Then answer your next offer from wherever you are. Thank you for trusting us with your work.

There's no risk in being requested, or in applying, ever. Nothing is committed until the customer clicks Hire, or the professional clicks Accept Offer. Your assistant can never pay for anything, sign an agreement, or negotiate a rate. It never uploads a file, and never does anything in bulk. Switch it off any time, in Settings, Connected agents.

Most hiring still waits on an inbox someone checks every hour. The old site had no way for an assistant to help at all. Now one sentence answers an offer, or moves an applicant along.
