We are looking for Siemens PLC programmers that can travel to Germany for 2 weeks and then work in Texas USA for 3 plus months. .
SOW:
In Germany: offline / online programming, hardware and software commissioning.
In the USA: hardware and software commissioning, production support.
Required competencies:
Siemens TIA min. V18-19 or higher
Siemens Servo drives (example: S120, G150, etc.) + technology object
Siemens Safety
PLC programming in SCL, FBD and Graph
Keyence / Halcon vision system is an advantage
Min. 5 years of PLC programming and hardware commissioning experiences
Min. 3 years of experience with any automotive or similar PLC software standard, in automotive environments
Communication level - English written and spoken, able to speak German is a plus.
Right VISA or working permit in the USA
Equipment and platforms on this work: Keyence, MVTec and Siemens.
Tools called for: Basic Electrical Tools, Basic Hand Tools and Laptop.
