Teijin Automotive has some of the same clients as Challenge MFG; however, they use chemical compounds to manufacture doors, hoods, tie bars, crush cans and other components. I was responsible for resolving technical issues on the assembly side of the plant, but I also helped maintenance resolve mechanical issues on the press side of the plant; which included, installing Helix Coils, replacing a Safety Cylinder Lock, Replacing and greasing O-rings and fittings, changing Air Valves, Installing new Hydraulic Pump, trouble shooting conveyor systems and even building their new tool crib.
