Robotic Filler Tending Retrofit

Programmed and installed a filler tending robot retrofit. Using 2 Fanuc Robots with DCS and iRVision picking. Project predominantly consisted of programing Fanuc Robots used vision guided picking to remove empty bottles from a vertical bin and place them in a pallet on FlexLink Conveyor in 1 of 2 adjacent filling machines. 2nd robots function was to unload filled bottles and either move them to the next process or place them on reject conveyor for rework. 2nd robot was also responsible for servicing reworked product and placing at next process. Robot management and ancillary functions such as HMI and gaurding control were programmed using Sysmac Studio on an NX102 Controller with Safety.
