In all above we were using WORK VISUAL to commissioning and set up. Set up,Mastering and calibrated pay load with and none load were made it and then load it the OLP to debug all the routines in Dash Panel and Main Under Body chord TESLA Standard.In all this project we take special attention to the Pay Load set up without and with Load to improve the OLP Off line programs that some time was necessary to adjust.April 2015 – Jun 2015 OAKVILLE Ford Plant Toronto CANADA subcontracted by COMAU. Working with ABB Robots IRB6400 S4C following the GM Standar GMT800 for Silao Guanajuato and optimizing several cells with Air gun to build the three types of Chevys Pickups. Doing Interface with Medar Controller.

Direct Responsible to setup Under Body Respot Cell with Fanuc Robots JR3ib2004. All above was using Servo Gun system ARO and Controller welder BOSH REXROTH. The programming for the the C-Flex Robots with 5 and 4 axis was shared with USA People to be a concept in this case. Working as positioned to receive the unit once the transfer system has been advanced. Programming with ARC MATE 100A mig welding to certify the correct trace at the moment to apply the mig welding ensuring that the parameters like Stick out in all the welding zone 15mm. Burn back the gas mix C02. On each cell was necessary set up Interference zones to share with the PLC Guy to this way avoid collision between the robots
