SCADA Specialist / Controls Engineer experienced with Allan Bradley platforms, OPC Servers (OPC DA and UA), SQL.
Work will consist of configuring, commissioning SCADA system per standard instructions/test protocols that will be provided.
The position would require some in-person presence (2 - 3 days a week) for a tentatively initial 3-month period with possible extension. As it requires frequent in person presence - ideally, a person would be located in Portland, Oregon or able to commute daily. It is not a strict requirement to be at the office every week, but highly preferred that person is in the vicinity for potential need to come in the office.
Someone who is able to start November 1st (but flexible for the right candidate).
Estimated 40-hour weeks.

Pay rate is dependent on a person's availability and competences.
Contractor will be provided with a PC at the site that will provide them with site specific access needed. That said, the contractor is expected to have access to MS Teams - to facilitate meetings/team calls if needed that might not be possible from the end of the customer's PC
Certificate of Insurance (COI): A current COI must be uploaded to your profile before starting any project. This is essential for compliance with our insurance policy and to protect all parties involved. The minimum coverage required is $1,000,000 in General Liability. If you do not have or wish to obtain the neccessary insurance, a deduction of 5% will be included from your billable time each week. Please obtain your COI through the following process if you don’t have a current COI already:

- Ensure you select a minimum of $1,000,000 General Liability Coverage.
- Complete the Business Basics fields and follow the prompts to receive your quote.

Timesheets and Expense Reports: These must be submitted by 9 AM on Monday mornings. Adherence to this deadline is crucial for maintaining our commitment to clients and for the timely processing of invoices. Please note the following late fee policy:

- A late submission beyond the deadline will incur a fee.
- Starting from Tuesday, a $100 late fee will be applied.
- An additional $50 fee will be charged for each day beyond the initial late period.
