Since this job will also require a presence at the site - it is preferrable that it is someone in the area (nearby area) for easier commute. Or someone who can be mobilized home for a weekend or so - once a month, but not as frequently as every or every second week.

Anyone that is not considered local (within 1 hour drive) - is eligible for travel expenses and would have accommodation booked. We also book the airfare.

Due to car rental companies requiring credit card owners name match the drivers license - we encourage techs to book the rental cars and reimburse per receipt.

Certificate of Insurance (COI): A current COI must be uploaded to your profile before starting any project. Timesheets and Expense Reports: These must be submitted by 9 AM on Monday mornings. Adherence to this deadline is crucial for maintaining our commitment to clients and for the timely processing of invoices. Please note the following late fee policy:

• • A late submission beyond the deadline will incur a fee.
  • Starting from Tuesday, a $100 late fee will be applied.
  • An additional $50 fee will be charged for each day beyond the initial late period.
