Automate America invites qualified suppliers to submit a firm fixed-price quotation for the complete design, build, installation, and commissioning of two (2) production fixtures and all associated CNC programs required to machine one (1) new vinyl frame model on an existing C.R. Onsrud dual-tool-changer CNC router located in Greenwood, South Carolina facility.
Scope of Supply
Mechanical and controls design of two production fixtures compatible with the C.R. Onsrud router.
Fabrication, assembly, and Fixture Acceptance Test (FAT) at the supplier's facility.
Development, verification, and delivery of CNC machining programs for the new window-frame profile..
On-site installation, operator training, and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) at Greenwood, SC.
Complete documentation (drawings, manuals, CNC code, bill of materials) and 12-month warranty.

Programming / Technical Skills

*If you do not have the Cad Cam / CNC programmer on staff, Automate America can supply that service.

CNC Programming & Validation
- Generate tool paths in a recognized CAD/CAM system (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360) using part CAD data supplied by AA.
- Re-program the Onsrud controller; integrate fixture I/O (clamps, slides, sensors).
- Achieve target cycle time; provide all program backups and post-processor files.
Skilled Trade
Fixture Design & Engineering
- Engineer two modular fixtures incorporating two linear slides and six pneumatic clamps each.
- Fixtures shall locate parts repeatably to ±0.25 mm and interface with existing router table utilities and safety interlocks.
- Supplier shall generate full 3-D CAD models and 2-D manufacturing drawings.
Fixture Fabrication & Assembly
- Manufacture, assemble, and internally test fixtures to print.
- Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) prior to shipment.

Commercial & Legal Terms
- Quotation validity: 90 days from submission deadline.
- Payment terms: Net 30 from SAT acceptance.
- Ownership of all CAD data, CNC programs, and documentation transfers to customer upon final payment.
- Supplier to carry minimum US $5M commercial general liability and name customer as additional insured.
