We are looking for (3) Senior Controls Systems Engineers that will be responsible for developing/designing machine and process control systems and implementing the finished product from inception to commissioning in an innovative team environment. The role is for a doer focused on programming and development of PLC, temperature controls systems, drive systems, and HMI systems. The role will be a combination of in-office, remote, and in-field work based on the phase and involvement within the project. Travel is required and managed to ensure a healthy work-life balance & integration.

Functional Technical Skills: The Controls Systems Engineer should have exposure to the following disciplines:
-Rockwell Automation PLCs (ControlLogix, SLC, PLC5, CompactLogix)
-Siemens Automation PLCs (S7)
-SSD Drive Systems
-Rockwell Powerflex Drive Systems
-SCADA/HMI Applications (Wonderware, Ignition, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Red Lion Crimson)
-Eurotherm and RKC Controllers
-CAD Development Software (AutoCAD/ePlan)
-System troubleshooting and problem solving.
-Industry Standards (NEC, NFPA 79, NFPA 70, UL)
-Code development and interface with automation equipment: Omron, Precise, Mecademic, Asyril, Vision Systems
-Engineering Skills Include:

Looking for exerience withiin Rockwell AC/DC drives control for multi-axis control within web handling applications. PLC, HMI, and Temperature & Power Controls expertise a +. Example equipment and machine process control knowledge would include plastic extrusion, laminating, coating, and converting. Multi-axis cordinated drive control from a few axis to 20+. Ability to positively present and interact with internal team members and external customers is a must.

*Flat rate per diem (no receipts required) for time spent at Sure Controls location in Greenville, Wisconsin Monday thru Friday or other working days. .
**For travel to customer sites a standard food per diem, hotel reimbursement per receipt required, rental car (if needed) reimbursement per receipt required, fuel (for rental car) reimbursement per receipt required, airfare (if needed) reimbursement per receipt required, and mileage (for personal vehicle use only) reimbursement with google maps as reference to and from for calculated miles required.
