We are looking to get a solid robot programmer to help us on a new system build in Saginaw, MI. The machine is currently being assembled at our facility. We need someone who can jump right in and help finalize the robot programming. The program was written in simulation and is loaded. You will need to support additions and changes, path modifications, along with PLC interface checks and debug/commissioning.
You will need to be onsite in Saginaw MI.
Target 45-50 hours a week.
Start as soon as Monday 11.25.2024 if possible, but no later than 12.2.2024
Finishing up end of year with potential to extend.
Local to the plant applicants preferred. No Travel related expenses while onsite in Saginaw MI.

Gearbox assembly cell
Basic Machine Sequence
Pre loaded drawers holding a weeks worth of inserts are introduced to into the cell. Robot one will pick the specific insert needed for the model part selected and move it to a thread lock applicator station. The second robot will grab a housing from a preloaded hosuing rack and drop at the fixture. Then the insert will be run down into the gearbox or EDM housing. After completion the second robot will move the part to the press startion. Once completed, the second robot will place the completed part on the housing racks.

Timesheets and Expense Reports: These must be submitted by 9 AM on Monday mornings. Adherence to this deadline is crucial for maintaining our commitment to clients and for the timely processing of invoices. Please note the following late fee policy:

- A late submission beyond the deadline will incur a fee.
- Starting from Tuesday, a $100 late fee will be applied.
- An additional $50 fee will be charged for each day beyond the initial late period.
