We are in need of 1 (possibly 2) experienced Rockwell PLC programmer with GVOSS, Next Gen Ford Standard for production ramp up support. This is weekend work (Saturday and Sunday, and a weekday) with minium 40 hours over Friday through Monday. Day or night shift depending on requirements.
*** Local candidates only - No travel related expenses ***
*The schedule might be changed depending on Plant production.
Weekly 40 hours minimum. Overtime after 40 hours.
During Weekend:
Dayshift (6 a.m. – 6 p.m.)
Saturday: 12 hrs x 1.3 = 15.6 hrs
Sunday: 12 hrs x 1.5 = 18 hrs
Weekdays: 40 hrs – (15.6 hrs + 18 hrs) = 6.4 hrs
Nightshift (6 p.m. – 6 a.m.)
Saturday: 12 hrs x 1.3 = 15.6 hrs
Weekdays: 40 hrs – 15.6 hrs = 24.4 hrs
Programming / Technical Skills
Allen Bradley / Rockwell(Mandatory)
FactoryTalk, GuardLogix, PowerFlex AC Drives, Studio 5000
GuardLogix programing
BIW line programming and commissioning experiance with GVOSS, Next Gen Ford Standard
Experiance wiith PLC Interface with kawasaki Robot for different application such as material handling, welding, vision etc.
Good in understand Electrical and control drawing of BIW lines
Good Communication and reporting Skill with Line manager and Customer

Procedures And Policies

Electronic timesheets due in Automate America system each Sunday night or early Monday morning. Additional time reporting requirements from customer may be needed as well. Late submissions will result in late payments.
