A leading manufacturer of robotic fabrication machinery is hiring for an OEM Operations Manager who has proven to excel in the design and integration of custom engineered fabrication machinery.
The OEM Operations Manager will excel with:
Planning and executing strategy to optimize company performance and customer satisfaction
Working closely with GM and department managers to define goals and KPI expectations and lead 5 departments to meet set target objectives
Communicating clearly, effectively, and efficiently at all levels inside and outside the organization
Demonstrating strong understanding of design and assembly operations requirements for fabrication machinery industry
The OEM Operations Manager will have:
5+ years of proven managerial experience
5+ years hands on work experience in service, assembly, or engineered within the fabrication industry
Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering required
Experience implementing custom engineered machinery systems into fabrication facilities
Proven history of successful team mentoring and management for turnaround initiatives
Ability to travel up to 10% as needed both domestically and internationally
The OEM Operations Manager will be rewarded with:
